Stacy Fehr Regehr is a native of Emporia, Kansas. She began piano lessons at age six and started playing the flute at age ten. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance from Emporia State University and a Master of Music degree in piano performance and pedagogy from Kansas State University. In 2001 Stacy was selected to be the principal flutist for the Kansas Intercollegiate Band, and as a graduate student at Kansas State University, she studied with Dr. Mary Lee Cochran and played piccolo for the Symphony Band. Stacy and her husband, Keil, live in Madison, where she is active as an accompanist and a teacher of private piano and flute lessons.
